Upcoming Holiday Season!

Sat Nov 21, 2009, 5:44 AM
Because the Holidays are on the up and up, I've been adding some cute nostalgic Christmassy items in my Etsy: [link]

In the meanwhile I'm contemplating offering muffs! I am making me one right now to go with the wintercoat I'm also making me ;)

Absolutely no problem. All of the dresses are gorgeous. I absolutely adore period clothing. Mostly Victorian and Renaissance. I have my own Renaissance/Medevial gown and I absolutely adore it!

It varies, this dress consists of not just the underskirt, overskirt, train & bodice, but also underwear, corset and bustle petticoat. This dress is also made out of luxurious Italian silk. I sometimes have ready-to-wear dresses that can go as low as 250 euro, or elaborate extensive dresses on commission that can run up anywhere between 2500 euro to 5000 euro (a lot depends on fabric price as well). If you know what it is you want, I can make an estimated price, the price for my hours is the steady factor, the fabric can be on a budget if needed :D

I'd love to have a good corset. I just adore what they do to the figure. Do you do any Renaissance work? I've been looking for someone to make me another Renissance gown and haven't been able to find anyone. My grandmother, bless her heart, made my first one, but it was really stressful to her and she's been ill of late.

I haven't ventured outside the world of Victorian garments yet, at least not period correctly :)

Well all of your Victorian garments are lovely and I'm definitely going keep a watch and see what I might be able to get should money come my way. ;)
